What families say
Our BCBA explained every goal in plain language and we could see the progress in the graphs.
Sessions at home made the difference. The team worked around our routine, not the other way round.
They coordinated with our paediatrician and our school without us having to chase anyone.

What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that uses the science of behavior to help children develop meaningful skills, increase independence and reduce behaviors that may interfere with learning or everyday life.
Who provides ABA services?
BCBAs — Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Master’s- or doctoral-level board-certified clinicians. They carry out assessments, design the treatment plan, provide caregiver training and supervise your child’s care.
RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Trained, credentialed direct-care professionals who deliver the daily 1:1 sessions and implement the plan under BCBA direction.
BCaBAs, where applicable — assistant-level behavior analysts who support program updates, data review and clinical supervision.
What can I expect in a session?
Sessions are individualized and usually 1:1. Your child works through the goals set out in their treatment plan, at their pace, in a setting chosen because it suits them.
Data is collected throughout, and the clinical team reviews it to see what is working. A BCBA supervises the plan and adjusts it as your child progresses.
Is my child eligible for services?
Eligibility depends on a few things rather than one: clinical documentation, a diagnosis where one is required, a physician referral, your insurer’s requirements, medical necessity, and the authorization your plan grants.
We will not tell you your child qualifies before any of that has been reviewed. Contact our team and we will help you understand the documentation and insurance requirements needed to begin.
Where do sessions take place?
At our center, at home, at school, at daycare, and in community settings such as parks, stores and restaurants.
We provide services where your child needs the most support and where treatment goals can be addressed effectively.
School-based services are subject to school district authorization.
What ages do you work with?
We provide ABA services for children and adolescents aged 2–18.
Therapy hours are based on clinical recommendations and insurance authorization — there is no fixed number of hours.
How is progress measured?
ABA is a data-driven therapy, and clinicians depend on real-time measurement of behavior to guide intervention decisions. We use a data-tracking program that creates readable graphs so performance can be monitored.
Which insurance do you accept?
We currently accept Medicaid, Sunshine, CMS and Molina.
Therapy hours are based on clinical recommendations and insurance authorization.
