ELAINA HEARD MS, BCBA, LBA-MI - CEO-President

Born in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Elaina has spent a decade practicing in the field of applied behavior analysis. She received her undergraduate degree in psychology from The University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). After working as a behavior technician in Ann Arbor, MI, she began pursuing her graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Upon working as a Behavior Analyst, Elaina began pursuing her doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology

Her passion to disseminate Applied Behavior Analysis across the world began in 2017. While practicing as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, she has provided international lectures coupled with Applied Behavior Analysis to students and parents. To date, she has taught in Riga, Latvia and Accra, Ghana. Since then, she has become a verified international course instructor as well as a teaching assistant for The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In 2021, Elaina created a “RBT pipeline” to provide individuals the opportunity to become registered behavior technicians and receive training from experienced Board-Certified Analyst. She is an advocate for more diversity and inclusion. In addition, she prides herself on putting children first and cherishing the daily victories that come with each day.

After practicing in a variety of settings, Elaina became inspired to open her own therapy center that provides high-quality and collaborative treatment.
